The State Meteorological Centre has forecast light to moderate rainfall and thunderstorm which is likely to occur in few places in the mountainous region on Thursday. Overall, the state is forecast to experience partly to generally cloudy skies. In Dehradun, there is possibility of thunder cloud development in some areas. The maximum and minimum temperatures in Dehradun are likely to be around 36 degree Celsius and 22 degree Celsius respectively.
Meanwhile, the maximum and minimum temperatures recorded at various places of the state on Wednesday were 34.6 degree Celsius and 21.5 degree Celsius respectively in Dehradun, 35.4 degree Celsius and 22.2 degree Celsius in Pantnagar, 23 degree Celsius and 14.2 degree Celsius in Mukteshwar and 27.4 degree Celsius and 15.6 degree Celsius respectively in New Tehri.
