New body of Rotary Club of Royals takes charge

Newly elected members of Rotary Club of Royals, Raipur took oath at a solemn ceremony held here recently.

Mohammad Irfan Bukhari has been elected as the president and Somnath Agrawal as the secretary.

Right after taking the oath, the newly elected office bearers pledged to work dedicatedly for cure of ailment of lethal deceases thalassemia and cancer. They also vowed to launch a campaign to eliminate these diseases.

The new body further committed to provide shoes to 2500 needy school students in the district.

Senior Superintendent of Police, Raipur, Arif Shaikh, district governor of Rotary Club of Royals, Ranjeet Singh Saini and assistant governor Vivekranjan Gupta were specially present in the function.
