Poets’ Meet organised at Baithak The Art House

“Saat Rang Ki Is Duniya me, Main Kya har rang se ijazat loon?’, poet Surbhi Raikwar.

Surbhi a young poet was reciting her poetry at a Poets’ Meet that was organised here on Friday at Baithak The Art House.

The poet’s meet Khudrang-Sukhan was organised for the young poets and writers.

A platform was given to the writers and poets so that they can present their creations before the poetry lovers of the city. Organiser Sudesh Jain informed that the poets and their poetries were chosen through a selection process.

Marking the lyrical day, renowned poets from across the country were present to recite their creations.

The young poets included Shashank Hirkanay, Rahil Khan, Vanshika Sahu, Ajay Rahul, Naved Imam, Rithik Shrivastava, Gulsher Ahmed, Vinayak Tomar, Surbhi Raikwar and Thakur Vishal Singh.

Many senior poets were also a part of the event, but the aim was giving a place to young poets, Sudesh added. As many as 17 poets recited their creations.

The poets present at the programme and recited their creations before the audience grabbing much applause.

Some of the senior poets included Santosh Khirwakar, VikasSaxena, Ahsan Ziya, Ishraq Azizi, Murtuza, Mustufa Aamir and Pramod Pabaiya.

The poets recited the poem over various issues concerning the social issues majorly.

Further, the other participant poets also gave overwhelming performances before the audience as they read out their creations adding various emotions, and expressions in their poetry. There were some abstract poetry as well. 

At the programme, the transparency of literature was appreciated by the audience.

The literature lovers of the city appreciated the creations of some of the poets for their tremendous contribution in mounting up the literature among people.

The audience took the pleasure of the poets’ meet and enjoyed the show whole-heartedly.

The audiences were impressed as the poets recited their creations.
