Two cyber crooks arrested

Cyber crime branch, Bhopal, has nabbed two miscreants who have duped the victim of Rs 2.31 lakh by obtaining their credit cards details. The two nabbed accused, identified as Amir Khan (26) of Tikamgarh and Ajit Baamne (24) of Betul, used to obtain credit cards by using documents of the victims.

Police said that the two used to work for making credit cards in the bank and with the aim to make fast money they started to obtain credit card using documents of the victims.

A complaint was lodged by Sales Manager of Standard Chartered Bank Bhopal Anup Badlani regarding fraud of Rs  2.31 lakh by obtaining credit card using documents of Kintali Rujulu of Andhra Pradesh.

Based on the complaint police started to search and tracked that the mobile number used to obtain credit card which was 9584083207 and it was used by Amir of Tikamgarh who revealed the fraud.

Amir revealed that he along with Ajit used to target customers who stay at remote places and after identification of the target they would offer the victim of providing credit card and one of such victims was Kintali of Andhra Pradesh.

The police registered a case under section 420 and 471 of the IPC and nabbed the accused.
