House of a bank manager at Danish Nagar was targeted by miscreants who escaped with valuables worth Rs 3 lakh on Monday; Misrod police have started investigation.

Police said that the victim Brijmoham Meena along with his family has gone to Hoshangabad and when he returned house was burgled.

The victim in his complaint stated that he along with family had gone to meet his relatives on returning on Monday the valuables were found burgled.

The miscreants escaped with Rs 25,000 cash and gold and silver worth over Rs 3 lakh. Victim approached police and lodged a complaint.

Based on the complaint after the preliminary investigation the police have registered a case under sections 457 and 380 of the IPC and have started further investigation.

Meanwhile, valuables worth Rs 95,000 were burgled from Chanakyapuri under Chunbhatti police station area on Monday.

The victim Rohan Shrivastava in his compliant stated that valuables worth Rs 95,000 were burgled when they have gone to Delhi. The police have registered a case under sections 457 and 380 of the IPC and started investigation.

In another case, house of a driver with government department was targeted by miscreants at Sunheri Bagh and escaped with valuables worth Rs 1 lakh on Monday; TT Nagar police have started investigation.

The victim Rajkumar was asleep and late in the night one of the family members spotted that the door was open and found that valuables were missing.  Gold and silver jewelry worth over Rs 90,000 and Rs 15,000 cash were burgled.
