A 60-year-old man died under mysterious circumstances at kitchen of Maharishi Ved Vigyan Vidyapeeth on Monday; Misrod police have started investigation. Deceased was staff of the institute.
The deceased, identified as Bhawani Singh Lodhi was rushed to the hospital where was declared dead. Police were informed and the deceased was poisoned or he died of cardiac arrest would be investigated.
Police said that the deceased hailed from Gopalpur Raisen and used to live at the institute. Presently he was assigned to do the dishes.
In the initial investigations no visible injury marks were found over the body of the deceased. The circumstantial evidences suggest that the deceased died of cardiac arrest but police investigation would reveal the reason behind the death. The other staff the institute would be questioned in the further investigation which could help in revealing the reason behind the death.
In the morning on Monday he was found in an unconscious state and later declared dead by doctors. A case under section 174 of the CrPC was registered.
Meanwhile, a 48-year-old man, who was injured after he met accident on July 24 died while undergoing treatment on Monday.
According to the police, the deceased Vijay Maskole died while undergoing treatment. He was a resident of Karond and met accident near RGPV college.
After the preliminary investigation the body was sent for the post mortem and a case under section 174 of the CrPC. The errant driver escaped the spot and would be searched during the further investigation.
