The Secretariat (Mahanadi Bhavan) along with all head of department offices based at Raipur and Nava Raipur will function normally from August 7.
According to D.D. Singh, Secretary of the General Administration Department, the order has been issued as the total lockdown order of the Raipur District Collector ends on Thursday.
The order states that in the offices of Secretariat and all head of department offices based at Raipur and Nava Raipur, the attendance of Class III and Class IV employees will be one-third.
All the departments have to prepare a separate roster for duty. The sub-division and their senior officers should register cent percent attendance.
Keeping in view the spread of Covid-19 and as preventive measures, a total ban has been imposed on the entry of anyone from outside.
As per the Standard Operating Procedure, all the officers and employees have to use face masks inside the office along with social-physical distancing along with implementing all the guidelines issued over time.
At the entry of Secretariat along with head of department offices, thermal screening, sanitisation of the offices and regular cleaning have to be maintained.
As per the earlier order, the Secretary level officers can work from home or at the Secretariat.
