Congress demands High Court judge to investigate poisonous liquor scandal

The SIT team constituted by the State Government has come to investigate the case of the death of 12 people due to drinking spurious liquor in the city, the committee constituted by the government cannot be trusted at all, the matter should be investigated by a high court judge who  The demand has been made by the Congress party.

Congress spokesperson Vivek Soni said that 12 poor people died due to drinking fake alcohol sold under the patronage of police personnel in the BJP government, which is the official figure.  The Congress alleges that according to the city and reliable sources, around 20 to 25 people have died due to drinking of spurious liquor, who were burnt to an unknown condition by name of death from heart attack and other diseases.  The Congress party demands that all these unknown bodies should be identifie and their names should be publicly disclosed to the public. Senior Congress leader leader Dr. Batukshankar Joshi City Congress President Mahesh Soni District Congress President Kamal Patel State Secretary Chetan Yadav Hafiz  Qureshi said that the team of the SIT, set up by the government and sent for the Ujjain probe, cannot be trusted at all, which will work on the instructions of the government itself and may try to rediscover the matter.

Action was taken against some policemen and other government people by the higher authorities in connection with this matter, due to which the officers are working to confuse the public.

The main people are being saved from this case.  Investigations can be effected by taking action on small health workers, while the Government is saving big officers by indulging in this matter, which should have taken strict action yet, the party demands that the investigation of this serious matter

It should be done by a High Court Judge so that a fair investigation can be done, whoever the officers and employees are involved in this case the Government should take action against them, the SIT's investigation is expected to give no justice to the families of the deceased and the administration should immediately give them 10 lakh  assistance.

If the victims did not get justice in this case and action was not taken against other officials, then the Congress party would stage a large-scale movement, responsible governance and administration.
