To support the Madhya Pradesh Police personnel who are busy round the clock in saving people from Coronavirus epidemic, the women of the police family, women constable, tailor of department and other staff are engaged in preparing high quality masks to wear as protective cover.

So far more than 61000 masks have been prepared by the families of police personnel.  On an average, about 5000 masks are being built by the police family every day.

Director General of Police Vivek Johri has appreciated and encouraged the women and staff of the police family, who are cooperating in this fight, along with the police personnel who are working as frontline force.

He also expressed confidence that Madhya Pradesh Police will be successful in rescuing the state from Corona crisis due to dedication in duty of the police personnel. Police families are preparing masks at war footing level in various districts of the state.

According to the information received, so far 8000 masks have been made by the families and women constables of the Jabalpur police personnel.

 Similarly, Shahdol police 6300, Ratlam police 5400, Guna police 5600, Mandsaur police 3000, Indore police 2200 and Hoshangabad women guards 500 masks so far.

Similarly, Special Armed Forces prepared 18000, Shivpuri police prepared 5000 by Khargone Police, 3200 by Special Armed Forces Jabalpur, 3120 Special Armed Forces Indore, 2800 SAF  Bhopal, 10000 has been made by SAF Sagar.

 Apart from these, masks are also being prepared by Police Family Welfare Centers of Bhopal, Agar Malwa, Umaria and Raisen districts.
