State students shine in NEET 2020

The National Testing Agency (NTA) declared the results for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) on Friday evening and students from across the State have yet again proved their mettle and cleared the exam with flying colours. The NEET examination is the single entry point for MBBS and BDS courses.

Jarubii Akansha, a student of Jawahar Vidya Mandir Shyamali scored a total of 708 marks out of 720 and became the State topper with an AIR- 204.

About 16 students from the school have cleared the NEET 2020 exam. Sumit Pal scored 675 marks and got AIR 943 while Saumya got an AIR 1163.

Principal Samrjeet Jana addressed the successful students as corona warriors and said that it is the sheer hard work of the students, parents and teachers which has paid off. Pratik Singh from Delhi Public School, Ranchi secured an admirable AIR 303 while Anima qualified the exam with an AIR 369. Pratyush Singh, Ashima Singh, Shirsh Jaurihar were amongst the other students from the school to clear the exam.

Principal Ram Singh congratulated the students and appreciated them for their efforts and said it is a major milestone in the record of DPS Ranchi.

As many as four students of Sarla Birla Public School, Ranchi qualified the NEET (UG) 2020- Abhinav Akash, Aditya Roy Choudhary, Soumya Sinha and Neha Adarsh brought laurels to the school.

School Head Personnel and Admin Pradin Verma appreciated the hard work put in by the parents, teachers and students. Principal Paramjit Kaur congratulated the successful candidates and said that it is sheer hard work that has borne such sweet fruit for the students.

More than 65 students of Oxford Public School, Ranchi achieved outstanding success in NEET 2020. Gangadhar Prasad Verma was the top scorer from the school with 646 marks followed by Lekhraj Saw with 610 marks. The former got AIR 4580 while the latter received AIR 14489. Bhanvi Kumari, Riya Sharma and Saloni Sharma were amongst the other successful students.

Chairman Dr SBP Mehta and Principal Suraj Sharma congratulated the students and wished for their bright future.

More than 40 students of DPS Bokaro have cracked NEET (Medical) 2020 with Adyasha Mishra taking the top honour securing 667 marks out of 720 and 1487 rank in the country.

Priyanshu Raj with a score of 647 secured AIR- 4384, Sourav Pandey with a score of 641 secured AIR-5652 followed by Pratyush Singh with a score of 635 secured AIRA.S. Gangwar, Principal of DPS Bokaro stated that even during these trying times, students have balanced their studies and have once again proved their mettle in the examination.-726.
