Capital city Bhubaneswar on Saturday reported as many as 71 new Covid-19 positive cases, with which its total tally surged to 32,618.
Out of the new cases, 56 were local contacts and 15 were quarantine cases.
Out the local contact cases, five were reported from Nayapalli, four each from Niladri Vihar, Lewis Road and Kharavel Nagar. Besides, three cases each were detected in Rasulgarh and Bomikhal.The current active cases in the city stood at 402. So far, 250 persons have succumbed to the virus and 31,945 have recovered.
