The Aam Aadmi Party on Wednesday organised 74 Mohalla Sabhas in 44 Assembly constituencies of Delhi under the party’s campaign to “expose” the corruption of the BJP-ruled municipal Corporation.
The party in a statement said that around 7500 people including AAP MLAs, MCD councilors, organization members, volunteers, and local people participated in the sabhas.
“The AAP has been successful in exposing the real and corrupt face of the BJP in front of the people of Delhi. We aim to reach out to every household and every person in Delhi to make them aware of the corruption done by the BJP in the MCD. They can show the real face of the BJP,” he said.
"There has been a huge crowd of people who want to know about BJP's corruption in the mohalla sabhas organized by the party. Today, more than 7500 local people participated in the sabhas held at about 74 locations in 45 assembly constituencies,” it said.
