The Ganjam Zilla Hind Mazdoor Sabha observed the 24th death anniversary of former Chief Minister Biju Patnaik on Saturday amid Covid-19 pandemic and night curfew protocols.
The members of the Ganjam Zilla Mazdoor Sabha paid floral tributes in statue of Bijubabu and recalled his significant contributions for modern Odisha. The members urged youths to follow his selfless service of Odia pride. Among others, district coordinator Satyanarayan Tripathy, Gopal Das, Ghanasyam Sahu, Ullash Gouda, Mohan Sahu, Ajit Hota joined the event. The HMS also distributed face masks among the locals.
