Haryana Women and Child Development Department has invited applications for conferring State-Level Women Awards to those who have made outstanding achievements in various fields.
Those interested can submit their applications till October 18 at the district office of the Department, said an official spokesperson.
He said in Haryana State-Level Women Award, Rs 1.5 lakh will be given for Indira Gandhi Mahila Shakti Award, Rs 1 lakh for Kalpana Chawla Shaurya Award and Behen Shanno Devi Panchayati Raj Award and Rs 51,000 for Life-time Achievers Award along with appreciation letters.
The spokesperson said that ANMs, nurses, women MPHWs, women players, literate women group members, government employees, social workers and women entrepreneurs would be provided an amount of Rs 21,000.
The women have to submit their complete bio-data along with the detailed information about their contribution in various fields in the office of the District Programme Officer of the Department of Women and Child Development by October 18.
