nThe Bhopalites will enjoy the traditional Indian art performance ‘Akhada Martial Arts’ at Regional Science Centre on Wednesday.
The Indian Council of Cultural Relations (ICCR) is organising the event. The renowned artist Bhagwandas Raikwar will give the performance along with his troupe.
The director of the martial arts arena, Bhagwandas Raikwar, has kept the tradition of the arena (arms war) alive.
He was born in the Chhatrasal Vyayam Shala complex, he was seen to be closely observing the arena culture, he was raised there. In 1960, Guru Swa. Ramcharan got training in arena science from Rawat ji.
