A second year MBBS student committed suicide by hanging with the ceiling at Gandhi Nagar on Saturday; student committed suicide at rentes room of his female friend pursuing BDS.
According to the police the deceased Kunal Sahu committed suicide by hanging with the ceiling inside bathroom.
Police said that at around Kunal went to meet his freind in the afternoon and after talking to her for sometime he went to bathroom and when he failed to return for long his freind knocked but found no response. She informed police and later he was found hanging and rushed her to a nearby hospital where he was declared dead. No suicide note was recovered and no reason was revealed in the investigation which could reveal the reason behind the extreme step which the deceased took.
The deceased used to stay at Kolar and came to his friend's house on Saturday where he committed suicide. The students of the college would be questioned in the further investigation. The call record details and other information which could help in revealing the reason behind the suicide would be searched.
