Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav, on Tuesday, approved his party’s 72-member state executive and announced that Naresh Uttam Patel would continue as the party’s state chief.
The SP state executive committee comprises 24 secretaries and 40 executive members representing all sections of society.
While Fida Hussain Ansari, Jaishankar Pandey and Jagpal Das Gurjar were named as vice-presidents, Rajkumar Mishra was appointed treasurer, Raj Narayan Bind principal general secretary and Shyamlal Pal and former minister Tilak Chandra Ahirwar were appointed as secretary general.
