Thursday, 24 June 2021 | Staff Reporter | NEW DELHI

The New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) will organise a ‘Jan Suvidha Camp' to address public issues and grievances in order to improve efficiency in the administration of its various services. The camp will be organised on the second and fourth Saturday of every month between 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM to attend to the public issues and resolve grievances of the consumers without visiting any NDMC office.

“The Head of the Departments will be present virtually at camp to hear each registered grievance between 11:00 AM to 2.00 PM and every person would be given 10 minutes to present his/her grievance and to get the same redressed accordingly,” the civic body said in a statement.

All that the residents have to do is to register their grievances at https://online.ndmc.-gov.in/online_grv/ and after the registration; the complainant will get a Video Conference link on the next day (Friday) by 05:00 PM, it said.
