The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) volunteers will assist the authorities in traffic management during the ongoing Kumbh Mela in Haridwar. Addressing a gathering of RSS volunteers here on Wednesday, the RSS Kshetirya Pracharak Pramukh, Jagdish said that the sense of service is among the fundamentals of the Sangh. The Swayamsevaks always remain ready to provide service even in difficult situations. The volunteers will work with the police and administration to ensure observance of the Covid-19 guidelines while doing the same themselves. The superintendent of police (traffic) Swapna Kishore Singh appreciated the attitude of the Swayamsevaks for serving the public. He said that it was considering this dedication that the authorities have expected cooperation from the RSS volunteers in the Kumbh Mela.
