3 JJMP extremists caught in Palamu

A 24 year old tribal identified as Dilip Oraon of the group of two more JJMP cadres who had opened unwarranted firing at the Kechki bridge on way to the Betla National Park on September 10 was nabbed from his house at a village under the Ramgarh police station on September 30.

Officer in charge of the Chainpur police station Uday Kumar Gupta and officer in charge of the Ramgarh police station Prabhat Ranjan Rai and their teams were instrumental in picking up this Oraon who was evading arrest since the day of the commission of crime on September 10.

Oraon has been booked under section of the arms act and 17 CLA act. His two accomplices Sonu and Manohar  were caught by the villagers at the Kechki bridge on September 10 itself.

Oraon was remanded in judicial custody on Friday, said Gupta. Oraon was a non FIR accused.
