For contribution in social service Syed Abid Hussain of Bhopal was honored with the Global Youth Icon Award 2022.
Syed has diligently contributed in the field of social service for 5 years, he is always ready to help the needy people trapped abroad. In the program of Dadasaheb Phalke International Awards Film Foundation, Syed Abid Hussain of the district was honored with Global Youth Icon Award 2022 in the field of social service.
Abid Hussain told that Dr. Ramdas Athawale, Union Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India, Prime Minister Narendra Modi's brother Prahlad Damodar Das Modi, Dr. Vijay Bajaj, Dr. N. Nath Tiwari, Dr. Jyoti Bajaj, Padmashree Dr. Soma Ghosh and many other guests.
He was honoured on January 16, 2022 at Royal Orchid Hotel Baroda Gujarat.
Since childhood, he has a sense of social service in him. It works to connect the underprivileged people with the main stream of development. Even before this, Abid has received many big awards, in the year 2016, Abid Hussain started the campaign for the release of innocent Indians trapped abroad.
The then External Affairs Minister Late Sushma Swaraj knew Abid personally by his name and work.
