Dr Kamaluddin Ahmed aged 79 years breathed this last at Chirag Children hospital, Bhopal.
An alumnus of AMU he served as Addl. Director Medical and health Uttar Pradesh. He retired as Chief Medical Superintendent Nehru Hospital affiliated to BRD Medical College, Gorakhpur U.P. He is survived by his sons Dr Mihauddin MD child Dr Zeeshanuddin MCH cancer and wives Dr Manal MD and Dr. Nabeela MD.
He was classmate of Salman Akhter brother of noted film poet Javed Akhter his wife Fatima Amin was classmate of Jaya Bachchana actress in St. Joseph Convent School Bhopal.
