Thanking the Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Sunday, Kaushalya said that she was earlier dependent on others for commuting. Now, she can do household chores when she wants and also attends group meetings.
She was interacting with the Chief Minister during a public interaction in Bagicha.
She said three years ago she joined the Unnati women's self-help group of Cheriya Gauthan. She sold 160 quintals of cow dung earning Rs 32,000. Apart from it, she earned another Rs 18,000 from group activities. The money was used to buy the two-wheeler.
