Haryana Health and Family Welfare Minister Anil Vij on Thursday said that Haryana has become the first state in India, where online license will be issued to a factory manufacturing medicine. He said that the process of applying for a license online is very simple. The applicant has to apply for his drug sales and manufacture/production license at statedrugs.gov.in. Apart from Haryana, three other states are Goa, Delhi and Jammu-Kashmir issue online licenses for drug sales, while Haryana is the first state to issue online licenses for drug manufacturing, blood centers, etc. Vij informed that ONDLS portal was launched by him in Ambala recently.
