Gwalior District Cycling Association President Keshav Pandey and Greenwood Group of Schools, Gwalior Director Aditya Singh Bhadouria jointly informed the press that the 17th Madhya Pradesh State Level Road Cycling Competition will be held in Gwalior on the 24th and 25th of this month.
The event will be held under the joint aegis of the District Cycling Association of Gwalior and Greenwood Group of Schools. They added that participants from the various districts of Madhya Pradesh will take part in this competition. They also said that there will be five categories viz: those in the age groups of 11 to 14 years, 14 to 16 years, 16 to 18 years, 18 to 23 years and male and female participants in the age group of 25 to 35.
Pandey and Bhadouria further said that the winners of this competition will participate in the upcoming National Road Cycling Competition to be held in Hyderabad.
They added that the Gwalior Police, District Administration, Gwalior Medical Department and Gwalior Municipal Corporation have assured their full cooperation for the event.
