Students in large number attend Talent hunt workshop

The students of different colleges displayed thier talent during a talent hunt competitions.

Talent Hunt Workshop was organized by Rabindranath Tagore University in collaboration with NCSTC, Department of Science and Technology (Government of India) at various places.

 This talent hunt was organized simultaneously under the Office Eco-Next Program at Raja Bhoj Government College, Mandideep, Veer Savarkar Government College, Obedullaganj and Government Excellence Higher Secondary School, Obedullaganj and Rabindranath Tagore University. It is noteworthy that Eco-Next is a sponsored program of the Department of Science and Technology.

More than 250 students participated in the workshop at these locations. After the workshop, the students took the exam.

During this, subject expert Prabal Rai, Director, Department of Science Communication, RNTU and Manisha Pandey, Associate Professor, RNTU took orientation classes for the students.

 After the orientation, educational workshops and refreshments were distributed to the students.

 After the examination 50 students will be selected on the basis of merit to participate in the five day residential training of Eco-Next program by experts of Rabindranath Tagore University.

 In which top performing four students will be awarded five thousand rupees and they will also become the representative of DST for science communication from Raisen district in future. The training will be done in the university from January 18 to 22.
