The Chhattisgarh High Court on Friday granted anticipatory bail to Aman Singh, Principal Secretary to former Chief Minister Raman Singh who was quizzed on charges of amassing assets disproportionate to known sources of income.
Justice Rakesh Mohan had completed hearing in the matter and the decision was pronounced on Friday.
The Economic Offence Wing (EOW) had interrogated former bureaucrat Aman Singh for hours amid speculation that he could be arrested.
