NHDC celebrated the country’s 77th Independence Day with great enthusiasm & fervour on Tuesdayat its Corporate Office, Bhopal.
The national flag was hoisted by Vijay Kumar Sinha, Managing Director of NHDC in the presence of all employees and their family members by saluting the tricolour national flag followed by National Anthem collectively. While addressing employees & family members, Vijay Kumar Sinha, Managing Director applauded all the freedom fighters for their sacrifices. During this occasion, Sinha shared the company achievements with the employees & families and appealed them to be prepared for the future challenges. He informed that the first phase of 08 MW Sanchi Solar Project work consisting of 03 MW in Nagori has been completed and power generation has also started and second phase of the 5 MW solar project work in Gulgaon is in progress, which will also be completed on time. The work of 88 MW floating solar project in Omkareshwar reservoir is also in progress. V.K. Sinha also informed about the allocation of 525 MW pump storage project work to NHDC.
