Laying to rest speculations of Swami Prasad Maurya joining the Bahujan Samaj Party, Mayawati on Thursday announced two more candidates for the
Lok Sabha elections in Uttar Pradesh, including its nominee from Kushinagar constituency.

The Bharatiya Janata Party has fielded Vijay Dubey from Kushinagar while INDIA bloc has fielded Ajay Pratap.
Akhilesh Pratap Singh is in the fray on Congress ticket from Deoria while the BJP has fielded Shashank Mani Tripathi from there.
