XLRI PGDM(GM) batch of 2022-23 is all set to organise a one-of-its-kind conclave INGENIUM 3.0 - to be held on January 28. INGENIUM 3.0 is based on the theme Startup Ecosystem and Competition.
The event will be facilitated by Saurabh Kothari, Aparajita Chaudhuri, Akash Raj Shukla, Dilpreet Kaur, Shivank Chaudhary, Surabhi Sinha, Urvashi Kaul, and XLRI PGDM (GM) Student Innov8 E-Cell Committee.
INGENIUM is a humble attempt to showcase the start-up journeys, the success stories, the routes taken by a few prominent start-ups, and the challenges that they have faced to become the unicorns of the world. The conclave would provide the entire audience with some thought-breaking keynote speaker sessions, panel discussions & knowledge-sharing sessions etc.
Startups play a vital role in competitive markets with their focus on innovation and new markets/products. They provide dynamism to markets and offer more efficient ways to enhance consumer welfare. In this backdrop, this conclave is an attempt to bring different stakeholders together on a platform for the exchange of views to create a better understanding of the startup ecosystem and competition.
The first day of the conclave will start with the lighting of the lamp ceremony and the inaugural address by Director Fr. S George, S J, followed by an address by Fr. Donald D'Silva, S.J., Dean Administration & Finance, XLRI Jamshedpur.
The session will start with an address by KeyNote Speaker –Rajeev Warrier, EVP Wadhwani Entrepreneur, Wadhwani Foundation on Business School Role in Startup Ecosystem.
Followed by another KeyNote Speaker –Saurabh Garg, Co-Founder, NoBroker.com on “2023- To Start Up or Not to Start Up.
This will be followed by the First-Panel discussion of the day on “Indian Start-up- RoadMap to become Global Leaders” with Founder Panel- Pratyush Nalla, Founder, OfBusiness, Varun Gupta, Founder, Boult Audio, Avelo Roy, Managing Director, Kolkata Ventures and Vishal Chaudhary, Founder, Zetwerk.
The next will be a discussion on “Entrepreneurship and Social Impact” with our Women’s Entrepreneurship Panel- Yeshasvini Ramaswamy, Serial Entrepreneur & CEO, Great Place to Work® India, Basudha Shrivastav, Founder & Managing Director, Express Earth Digital Services & Empfly Services, Udita Pal, Co-Founder, Salt and Dipti Tandon, Co-Founder, CoffeeMug.ai & Ex-Co-Founder Jeevansathi.com.
