Entrance results of Netarhat, Hazaribagh schools declared

Declaring the entrance examination results of Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC)’s two reputed residential schools namely Indira Gandhi Girls Residential School at Hazaribagh and Netarhat Boys Residential School for this session, JAC Chairman Anand Bhusan felt the need to aware people about these two State board schools imparting well education since decades.

In the present session, there are 2,049 boys studying at Netarhat Vidyalaya and 901 girls studying at Indira Gandhi Girls Residential School. In 2012-13 session, the strength was 1,444 boys and 664 girls in these two schools whereas in 2011-12 session it was 2,856 boys and 1,715 girls.

Both these schools conduct entrance examinations for class sixth standard every year. Students can then continue their studies here till class twelfth. The written examinations for this year entry were conducted on May 30 and 31 followed with Interview of 200 and 150 candidates selected from the written test in these two schools was then held for 100 seat limit in Netarhat Vidyalaya and 75 in Hazaribagh Girl’s Residential school.

Total 1,820 boys and 781 girls had appeared respectively for entrance at these two schools this year.
