Anganwadi supervisors get another chance for document verification

Anganwadi Supervisors selected under State Government’s Women and Child Development Department have been given another chance for getting their documents and certificates  verified.

In this context, the candidates concerned have been personally informed through registered letters. For verification of documents and certificates, candidates concerned have been asked to appear at Directorate, Women and Child Development, Indravati Bhavan Block A, Second Floor Naya Raipur, on August 28 at 11 am, officials informed.

Notably, the Professional Examination Board had organized an exam on December 22, 2013 for selection of supervisors under Women and Child Development Department. On the basis of the results of this examination, 415 candidates were selected and their documents and certificates were verified on July 1-5, 2014 and on August 4, 2014.

Meanwhile, 41 candidates were found absent. Those candidates have been called again for physical verification of documents and certificates on August 28 around 11 am at Directorate of Women and Child Development. In this context, they have been issued letters personally.

According to the information received from Directorate of Women and Child Development, the details related to selection list, letter issued to candidates, pro-forma, instruction etc have also been uploaded on the department website — www.cgwcd.gov.in.

 In case any candidate has not received personal letter, he/she may log on to the department website and download the letter/pro-forma and instruction to appear for physical verification of documents and certificates.

Candidates will have to compulsorily bring the original copies of their domicile certificate, birth certificate, caste certificate, caste certificate attested by high-level scrutiny committee, disability related certificate, experience certificate, NOC from employer.

Moreover, they will also have to bring two self-attested copies of all the certificates, which they will have to submit during the verification process. As per the terms and conditions for recruitment, candidates will have to submit affidavits to show that he/she does not have more than two living children have not been married before the minimum age and the male candidate have only one wife alive.

 It is compulsory for candidates of OBC category to submit proof of income.  Appointment letters and experience certificates issued to the by Child Development Project Officer will also be verified in case of Aanganwadi workers, selected under limited recruitment. Selected candidates will have to bring two latest passport size photographs, admit card issued by PEB, Photo identity card (PAN card/ Driving license/ Voter ID).
