Weather condition getting normal

Night temperatures dipped on Thursday after cloud cover diminished in the past 24 hours. Clear sky and bright sunshine was witnessed on Friday in the city which remained so throughout the day.After around five days of inclement weather in the State capital, the conditions have started gaining normal. Sun shine provided relief from the cold conditions on Friday and the day temperature was recorded at 21.3 degree Celsius.

Met department had forecasted that after the weather conditions would normalize the night temperature would fall and the same was witnessed on Thursday when the night temperature dipped to 7.4 degree Celsius.Cold conditions were witnessed on Friday during the day which was witnessed as extreme level in the evening.

Among the nearby regions of the city Hoshangabad recorded day temperature at 22.6 degree Celsius.Among the major cities, only Gwalior recorded the lowest night temperature at 4.5 degree Celsius. Indore recorded the highest day temperature at 23 degree Celsius.Naugaon and Damoh were the coldest place in the past 24 hours and recorded night temperature at 4 degree Celsius. Except Indore and Ujjain, cold wave conditions would be witnessed across the state in the next 24 hours.

Met department has issued warning of dense fog in Western parts of the state while other parts of the state would receive medium to shallow fog in the next 24 hours.The night temperature would remain around 8 degree Celsius while the day temperature would remain around 22 degree Celsius.  Rains were not witnessed in the past 24 hours and in the next 2-3 days the state would not witness rainfall.
