Haryana CM directs MLAs to ensure large numbers at PM Modi’s rally

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal on Wednesday directed the party MLAs and other senior leaders to ensure presence of large number of people at the proposed rally of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on November 19 in Haryana.

PM Modi would inaugurate Kundli-Manesar-Palwal Expressway and Ballabhgarh Metro Link and lay foundation stone of Haryana Vishwakarma Skill University, Dudhola, Palwal on November 19. On this day, the Prime Minister will also address a public meeting near Farukhnagar crossing where he would dedicate various projects to the state.

The 135 kilometer long Kundli Manesar Palwal expressway would cover five districts of Haryana namely Sonepat, Jhajjar, Gurugram, Mewat and Palwal.

Presiding over the party legislative meeting, Chief Minister Manohar Lal on Wednesday directed the MLAs to invite general public for the rally to witness the historic moment.

He emphasized to ensure presence of large number of people from the areas of Faridabad, Gurugram, Sonepat, Rohtak Lok Sabha constituencies to make the rally successful.

Manohar Lal also said that recently Haryana CSR Summit was held in Gurugram where the companies were urged to enhance their annual contribution under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)) to Rs 1000 crore.

An advisory committee will be constituted for implementation of development works in cities and villages under CSR fund, he added.
