A National Seminar on “Rural Entrepreneurship for Inclusive Economic Development” will be held at ICFAI University, Jharkhand, in association with NABARD, on 26th March 2019. Distinguished Persons from organisations like Ramakrishna Mission Ashram, Government of Jharkhand, NABARD, XISS etc, will address the seminar. Besides, Research Papers will be presented by Academicians, Researchers and Industry Professionals from Education, Agricultural Research, NGOs, Agri-related industry, etc., on topics related to Rural Entrepreneurship. Besides, successful Rural Entrepreneurs from Jharkhand will share their experiences.
Addressing the press, on the occasion, Prof ORS Rao, Vice-Chancellor of the University said, “Rural Entrepreneurship can address the problems of rural unemployment and rural poverty and ensure inclusive growth”. “The seminar will address opportunities and challenges in promoting Rural Entrepreneurship. Besides, successful Rural Entrepreneurs from Jharkhand will be given awards of recognition”, added Prof Rao.
