The kids from forthcoming film Mere Pyare Prime Minister have challenged actor Ranveer Singh with their Gully Boy rap.
As seen in the trailer of Mere Pyare Prime Minister, the children who went to Prime Minister’s office to request him to make more toilets in the slums are not just fierce in reel life but also in real life.
Kanhu from the film named Krishna took to his social media posting a video wherein along with his companions, he challenged actor Ranveer Singh by rapping in a unique way. He posted the video and wrote, “Hui Hai Gandi Baat Meri Gully Mein. Kya Tu Dega Mera Sath Meri Gully Mein? #RanveerKoChallenge.â€
The kids could completely relate to the Gully Boy Ranveer so they made a rap challenge for him, asking if he will help them.
The film shows the real-life problems faced by people who reside in the slums. The makers of the film decided to launch the trailer on Vasant Pachmi as it marks the beginning of the Holi season and is cited to be the harbinger of spring.
Presented by Jayantilal Gada, Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra and P.S.Bharathi, the film also stars Anjali Patil, Om Kanojiya, Makarand Deshpande, Rasika Agashe, Sonia Albizuri, Nachiket Purnapatre and Atul Kulkarni.
(The film releases on March 15.)
