BJP prepares outline for service in 16,674 villages

Saturday, 29 May 2021 | PNS | Dehradun

Bharatiya Janata Party state in-charge Dushyant Kumar Gautam said that resolution for service will help society beat Covid-19. He said this while chairing a meeting with MLAs, MPs and other office bearers of the party to review preparations for the service works to be undertaken by the party on May 30. He said that to mark seven years of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in office, the BJP had decided to leave political opportunities for the future and focus on serving the people to defeat Covid. On May 30, the MLAs, MPs, ministers and office bearers will visit villages to serve the people and also raise their issues at the high level.

Accusing the opposition of indulging in petty politics, he said that opposition parties got healthy people admitted to hospitals and attempted to present a picture of chaos in the nation. When the PM talked of the oxygen audit, all the non-BJP state governments said that there is no shortage of oxygen.

BJP State president Madan Kaushik said that the ministers will not visit any village. The district head, party workers and office bearers will conduct the service works in the villages. He also asked the party members to inform the public about the schemes made by Central and State governments to tackle the Covid-19 pandemic.

The BJP State general secretary (organisation), Ajey said that the party workers should reach all the 16,674 villages in Uttarakhand. He said that resolving the basic problems in all these villages is the aim of the party.
