C’garh budget trends on Twitter

Chhattisgarh annual budget presented by Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Monday was well received on the Twitter.

After Baghel tabled the budget in the Assembly, #CGBudget2021 began to tweet and soon the hashtag was on top in Twitter’s India trends for about three hours, a press release said.

A total of 28,314 tweets were seen on the micro      blogging website and it reached around 88 lakh       people. Ministers, MLAs and public representatives across the country tweeted about the budget.

People appreciated the provisions for three new    medical colleges and              provisions for employment opportunities in rural areas. Also welcomed were announcements related to infrastructure development, roads and bridges in Naxalite areas, opening of 119 English medium schools and 10 new colleges.
