Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav had announced many times that the luxury level Vande Bharat Express would be run soon like Shatabdi. The coaches of this train are being made at the ICF factory located in Chennai. A rake of 16 coaches is being prepared by working day and night at Chennai Coach Factory.
About 4 months ago, Railway Minister Vaishnav had also said in Khajuraho that he would give the first Vande Bharat Express to MP which would run till Delhi. During the budget, the central government has announced to run 400 Vande Bharat trains in the country in the next three years. Not only this, PM Modi had also announced to run 75 Vande Bharat Express for the 75th anniversary of Independence on the occasion of the inauguration of Rani Kamalapati station on November 15 last year. Now Bhopal is going to get this gift.
A coach of Vande Bharat Express is made for about five crore rupees. Equipped with LHB technology, lighting to safety related items are being called from countries like France and Japan in its rack. The supply of goods remained closed during the Corona period, due to which the rakes of Vande Bharat Express could not be ready soon.
According to railway officials, the rake for Bhopal will come in September, after which Vande Bharat Express will run from Bhopal to Hazrat Nizamuddin. It is being told that the final testing of the racks made so far will start in Chennai from August 12.
This train starts from the station where Vande Bharat Express rake is allotted. Its possible schedule has also been revealed, according to which Vande Bharat Express will leave after two hours of Shatabdi Express running between New Delhi and Bhopal. It will run from Hazrat Nizamuddin to Bhopal from 8 am, according to sources, there will be a maximum of three stops on the way.
Vande Bharat Express will reach Bhopal at around 4 pm. After staying here for about half an hour, it will leave for Delhi. This train will reach Hazrat Nizamuddin at around 12 midnight.
