'Cases must be disposed in time with proper coordination of Depts'

The cases of the revenue department must be disposed of in time with the proper coordination with the other departments which are concerned with the cases. The maximum work which is concerned with the revenue department is pending in the district, directed Hazaribag DC Nancy Sahay during a review of work and cases of revenue department of the district. She further said that the drought relief plan, PM Kissan, mutations, e-court, e-KYC must be on the priority of the department.

She said that district administration is getting the regular complaint that the maximum cases of mutations are pending on the block level. She said to all the circle officers of the block that it must take seriously and clear the pending cases as early as possible.

She further said that this is the duty of all Block Development Officers to provide the hundred per cent benefits to all the farmers of the villages under the Chief Minister Draught Plan.

The projects which are going to establish for the purpose of Basic infrastructure, the land must be allotted to such projects according to the rule and regulation of the state government. The forest department must issue the no objection certificate to the proposed land of the project.

Sahay also discussed and reviewed the progress of the road department, electricity distribution plant and other departments which are related to the development of the district. She said that all the pending work must be cleared after the Ramnavami with proper coordination.

On the review of NH 31, the Barhi- Koderma National Highway officer said that out of 65 pending cases 53 cases had been cleared by the department.

In the meeting the additional collector of Hazaribag Rakesh Roshan, DLAO Binod kumar, SDM Barhi Poonam Kujur, DCLR Barhi, all circle officers and the representatives of the companies were present.
