Hazaribag Sadar MLA Manish Jaiswal reached the Narsingh Sthan temple complex located in Khapariyawan of Katkamdag block under Sadar Assembly constituency on Monday on the holy occasion of Kartik Purnima.After offering prayers, he bowed before Lord Narasimha Baba, Bhole Shankar and all other gods and goddesses and prayed for the happiness, peace and prosperity of the area.
Jaiswal also visited the famous one-day Narsingh Mela and met people and got in touch to know about the well-being of everyone.He was welcomed by the Narasimha Sthan Committee by wearing a chunari and garlanding him with flowers.After the puja, Jaiswal met the operators of various stalls including many police personnel serving in the successful conduct of the fair, active workers of Hindu Rashtra Sangh and Steering Committee and expressed his gratitude to everyone by giving them the Prasad of Baba Narsingh.
While visiting the fair, the MLA enjoyed eating Jharkhandi dishes pua, dhuska, barra, tubers, roots, fruits and sugarcane.A special stall was set up in the fair by the Katkamdag BJP Mandal Committee with the help of MLA Manish Jaiswal, where MLA Manish Jaiswal himself was present and distributed gram among the devotees and extended best wishes and infinite greetings to the people on Kartik Purnima, Dev Diwali and Narsingh Mela.MLA Manish Jaiswal said that like before, many changes have taken place in Narsingh place.
