IIFM to welcome PGP students of 2023-25 batch

The Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM), Bhopal will be welcoming 200 students from 23 states and union territories of the country in its flagship programs- Post Graduate Diploma in Forestry Management (PGDFM) and Post Graduate Diploma in Sustainability Management (PGDSM) for the academic session 2023-25 today.

The students of PGDFM and PGDSM programs get an opportunity to work in diverse fields from the corporate sector to banking to FMCG to manufacturing industries at entry-level management positions.

Also work in bilateral and multilateral organizations, consulting organizations, public sector undertakings, NGOs, and development organizations as development specialists.  With a 100% placement record like previous years, students from the last batch were recruited from the campus by organizations like Ernst & Young, KPMG, PwC, NABARD, CEEW, ReNew, Vedanta, Aditya Birla, JK paper, Intellecap, IDFC First, and many more.

The Indian Institute of Forest Management proudly announces that the students enrolled for the post-graduate programs are from diverse backgrounds covering all regions of the country. The enrollment this year has reached an all-time high.

As part of the orientation program, interaction with distinguished alumni working in the field of academics, corporates, industries, entrepreneurs, and development sectors has been planned. Game-based orientation with an ice breaker, leadership, and self-development will also be provided as part of in-campus activities through the People Labs on 01.07.2023.

The program will also include an exposure visit to Pachmarhi Biosphere Reserve and PRADAN (Professional Assistance for Development Action), a civil society organization working in the field of livelihood, food security, and natural resource management since 1983.
