Hazaribag Bar Association's committee for 2023-2025 has finally been formed.The elections were held on 20th October but the controversy in the counting of votes at night became such a big issue that discussion about it spread throughout the state.Meanwhile, demands were made to cancel the elections.A petition was even filed in the High Court.
The counting of votes was completed by the State Bar Council with the help of Observer Mritunjay Srivastava, Returning Officer Krishna Dev Sharma, Assistant Returning Officer Santosh Pandey and Manish Chandra and their team.Rajkumar Raju won the post of President by mere close voting.Vijay Singh on the post of Vice President, General Secretary Suman Kumar Singh, Treasurer Bharat Kumar, Joint Secretary Administration Deepak Kumar, Joint Secretary Library Kunal Kumar, Co-Treasurer Praveen Kumar, Executive Members Anuradha Mishra, Brother Sumit Sinha, Shivdutt Pandey, Chandrika Prasad, Gauri Shankar Prasad. Manmeet Kumar, Mohammad Sehzad, Vibhav Kumar and Dr. Chandan Kumar were elected.The counting of votes was conducted peacefully.
