Sadar MLA not to participate in any programme of administration till Ramnavmi

Saturday, 25 March 2023 | Shailesh Sharma | Hazaribag

Hazaribag MLA Manish Jaiswal has decided not to participate in any programme of administration and Jharkhand government till Ramanvami. This decision was taken in protest of the restriction of DJ during the procession of Ramnavmi. The people, especially the youth of Jharkhand, have rejected the 60:4o employment scheme of the present government, he said.

Jaiswal organised a press conference at his Jhanda Chowk office on Friday evening. Regarding the State budget the MLA said that it is not a welfare budget. The State government promised in the Assembly that one kilogram pluses will be distributed to ration card holders in the 2022 budget, but even a single gram of pluses was not distributed till date.

He further said that the State government had promised to give Rs 50,000 extra money to beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana in the last budget, but no one was benefited with the amount till date. The same situation is with employment.

The State government had promised to provide every year jobs to 5 lakhs unemployed youths, but only 237 youth get the job. This government has totally failed in the commitment.

Jaiswal further said that the present district administration is doing the work on the direction of the government. He said that the administration has allowed the loudspeaker small, Dhol- Taasha during the procession but not DJ. He said that DJ is the modern equipment in place of a small loudspeaker.

He further said that the present government decision of banning DJ shows that this government is anti -Hindu. They are doing the work for a specific community for the purpose of vote bank.

Jaiswal further said that the Ramnavmi of Hazaribag is a historic festival and has been celebrated for the last more than 100 years. He has appealed to the public of Hazaribag to celebrate this festival with peace and full of harmony.
