The much-anticipated Bhajan Sandhya organized by the Har Har Mahadev Seva Sangh is set to take place on the last Monday of the holy month of Sawan, on 19 August 2024, at the Sakchi Gurudwara Ground from 6:30 PM. This year, the event will feature a special performance by renowned Bhajan singer Kanhaiya Mittal, who will grace the stage of Har Har Mahadev Seva Sangh for the very first time, accompanied by his talented instrumental troupe.
The event promises to be a grand celebration, with a spacious pandal constructed at the Sakchi Gurudwara Ground to accommodate thousands of devotees. A grand stage will be set up, along with a majestic ice Shivling shaped like Baba Barfani at the main entrance. The evening will begin with an offering of worship, followed by a performance from local Bhajan singer Krishnamurthy, who will inaugurate the program with his melodious renditions. The event will conclude with a formal Aarti, and arrangements for Bhog Prasad and drinking water will be available for all devotees.
Entry to the event is free, but it will be regulated through invitation letters-cum-passes distributed by the Sangh. Devotees are encouraged to take their seats by 6:30 PM, and certain rows will be reserved in the audience gallery. The Sangh requests everyone's cooperation in maintaining order and enjoying the event with enthusiasm, while receiving the blessings of Bhole Baba.
In addition to the pandal, Sakchi Kalimati Road will be adorned with festive lights, and arrangements for traffic management and fire safety will be in place. A team of volunteers will be on hand to assist the devotees, with full support from district and police administration to ensure precautionary measures are followed. This program is fully dedicated to Bhole Baba, and devotees are expected to participate with discipline.
This year marks the 24th edition of the Har Har Mahadev Seva Sangh Bhajan Sandhya. As per tradition, the Sangh will honor four individuals with the 'Sangh Ratna Seva Award' for their outstanding service to society. This prestigious award has been presented annually for the past decade, with this year’s recipients to be announced shortly.
