MPSTDC celebrates 46th foundation day in unique way

Madhya Pradesh State Tourism Development Corporation celebrated its 46th Foundation Day on Friday in a unique way with the disabled and elderly people. The corporation's Bhopal based units, respectively, disabled children of Aarushi Sanstha at Bhopal Express Rail Coach Restaurant, senior citizens of Apna Ghar and Aasra Sanstha at Hotel Palash Residency and destitute children of Balniketan at Wind and Waves were invited for lunch.

Principal Secretary Tourism and Culture and Managing Director Madhya Pradesh. Tourism Board Mr. Shiv Shekhar Shukla and Managing Director of Tourism Development Corporation Dr. Ilaiah Raja T. Reached the Bhopal Express Railway Coach Restaurant among the children. Here chocolates and gifts were distributed to them, and food was also served. While on one hand, in Rail Coach Restaurant and Wind and Waves, children recited poems while enjoying delicious dishes, on the other hand, in Palash Residency, elderly people made the atmosphere pleasant by reciting Sher-o-Shayari.

Principal Secretary Shukla told that on the foundation day of the corporation, M.P. Celebrated as Tourism Day. This innovation has been done to make it memorable. Apart from these noble social works, discount offers were run in all the hotels of MPT. Today, in the hotels and resorts and restaurants of the corporation, along with other delicious dishes, special dishes made from Anna (millets) like Kangni porridge, Bajra khichda, Jowar paratha, Kodo ki kheer etc. were also served to the guests and food lovers.

Foundation Day also celebrated at Corporation Headquarters Tourism Bhavan  Earlier, in a program organized at Tourism Bhawan, the headquarters of the Tourism Corporation, Principal Secretary Shukla, while congratulating and best wishes to the officers and employees of the Corporation on their Foundation Day, gave guidelines for new goals and expansion of facilities for the upcoming 50th Foundation Day of the Corporation. Gave. Managing Director of the Corporation,  Ilaiah Raja T., while congratulating the Tourism Corporation family, also appreciated the 46 years of development journey of the Corporation and the contribution of all the currently working and retired officers and employees who have contributed to it.Enjoyed free picnic, light and sound showManaging Director of the Corporation, Dr. Ilaiah Raja T said that various initiatives were taken to make this day memorable for the city residents.
