Ranchi District Administration on the initiative of Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Magistrate, Ranchi Manjunath Bhajantri is resolving various complaints quickly through Abu Sathi WhatsApp service.
Soni Devi, Pooja Kumari, Kavita Kumari all of them lodged a complaint on Abu Sathi about not getting the honor amount of Jharkhand Chief Minister Mainiya Samman Yojana. Taking immediate cognizance of which, these three were given a lump sum amount of Rs 7500 for 3 months.
All three praised the Abua Sathi public complaint created by the district administration and said that we did not know that their complaint would be resolved so quickly. Now the solution has been found so quickly, no amount of praise would be enough for it, he also said that many thanks to the district administration.
Shiv Sahu, a resident of Gandhi Chowk, Pundag, complained about the faulty street light for a long time, when he wrote on the Abua Sathi created by the district administration that the street light in Gandhi Chowk, Pundag has been faulty for a long time, due to which the common people living here are facing a lot of problems in the evening, it remains dark, on which the team of Abua Sathi took cognizance and started repairing the street light, the result of which was that the street light was repaired immediately.
When the team PRD, District Administration talked to the complainant to know his experience, he expressed happiness and said that he had not even thought that the solution would be so soon, now the solution has been found so quickly, I have no words for it. Sandeep Kumar Karam Toli resident Abua Sathi had complained many times that the street light near Ram Pyari Ortho Hospital Karam Toli in Abua Sathi has been out of order for a long time, but the street light was not made, then he got information from Abua Sathi that his complaint will not only be heard in the Abua Sathi WhatsApp group of Ranchi District Administration, but a solution will be found, then he immediately complained about the street light being out of order in Abua Sathi, an example of which was that the street light was repaired immediately.
When Team PRD, District Administration asked him about his experience, he said that his complaint was resolved so fast that he did not even remember when he had complained. Because the execution was done at such a fast pace that the complaint was resolved immediately. He is completely satisfied.
Subhash Kumar Jawahar Nagar Road No. 3 Cell City Ward No. 36 resident complained in Abua Sathi and wrote that the garbage is not being lifted for a long time, due to which the people around are facing a lot of problems due to the foul smell. On which the district administration took immediate cognizance and got the garbage lifted immediately. They were also asked to have the garbage collected regularly.
