Cong is fully supporting Rahul Gandhi's stand on Adani: K Raju

Monday, 31 March 2025 | PNS | Ranchi

Addressing the media during the Manthan program in Ranchi on Sunday, Jharkhand Congress In-Charge K Raju said that whatever is Rahul Gandhi's stand on Gautam Adani, the Congress party is not even an inch behind it and there is no second opinion in this.

Without naming JMM, Raju said, there is no difference in the stand of the parties that are in alliance with us. He further said, Rahul Gandhi's fight is on the fact that airports, mines and land were given to Adani's company through wrong means and process and Congress will continue to fight against it. He said, Adani earned money by influencing the market in a wrong way, Rahul Gandhi is opposing this.

It is worth noting that Gautam Adani met Chief Minister (CM) Hemant Soren a day earlier on March 28. Adani had a conversation with Soren for about 2 hours. After this, a picture of both of them was officially released by the CM's office, and it was also said that this meeting was held to discuss investment in Jharkhand and other topics.

However, the media has not yet been able to get the exact information about which topics and how serious the talks were between the two. There is a lot of speculation about this meeting. In such a situation, there is no doubt that this statement of K Raju will have far-reaching consequences in the political corridors.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Law and Justice has taken major action against the Adani Group. The Law Ministry has directed the Ahmedabad Court to issue a notice to Gautam Adani. The Law Ministry told the court that the summons and notice should reach Gautam Adani. The Law Ministry sent a letter to the Ahmedabad Court on February 25.
