If the voters want to know details about the candidate of their respective State assembly constituency, under ‘Know your candidate’ then they can refer to the affidavit submitted by the candidates before respective Returning Officer at website of Election Commission of India (ECI) and Office of Chhattisgarh Chief Electoral officer (CEO) , officials informed.
State Chief Electoral Officer Subrat Sahoo on Saturday said that the ECI and State CEO office for facilitating the electors to know details about the respective candidates from each State assembly constituency has uploaded their affidavits on the website.
Any elector can go to ECI website of www.affidavitarchive.in and can see the affidavit of candidates. One can also access the information through website of Office of Chief Electoral Officer at www.ceochhattisgarh.nic.in.
