India developing skills, creating jobs in large number: Azerbaijan Envoy

Developing skill in such a large number and through it creating job is very good in the country like India. By skilling youths one can provide jobs and in this line a big opportunity is waiting, said Ambassador Azerbaijan Ashraf Farhad while addressing a technical seminar on ‘Thought Leadership for Scale, Speed and Innovation for future skills readinesses’ organised on the occasion of Global Skill Summit 19 on Thursday.

It is very difficult in country like India to run such a big programme and providing skill enhancing programme for poor especially for girls is very difficult, he added. Suggesting some ways to garners benefit of Skill India programme Farhad said, “The medium and small industry sector has high potential to provide job as it is already engaged a large numbers of people but it still in the country like there is huge big opportunity to grow sector like MSME.”

“If the government support a youths in their family business then it can provide jobs in large numbers and it can also provide chances to increase income of the government through taxes. The meaning of government support means legal support, electricity, purchasing or marketing of their produce, transport etc” he added.

The Ambassador was deeply impressed by the step taken by the State government and the Chief Minister Raghubar Das.

As the Global Skill Summit 2019 a large numbers of jobs searching youths visited the venue and also a numbers of institutes have installed their stall at the exhibition place of the venue to woo aspirant.

 As time is changing with rapid pace a numbers of new job providing institutes come provides by developing skills as

Rubber Skill Development Corporation, Agriculture Skill Council of India, Skilling under Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojna, Jharkhand Skill Development Society, Kalyan Gurukul, Furniture and Fitting Skill Council, Sports, Physical Education, Fitness and Leisure Skills Council, Nettur Technical Training Foundation, Paint and Coating Skill Council etc.

A large number of job searching youths visited the stalls and enquire questions regarding their prospective career.  While speaking to the pioneer Ramnath Munda from Bundu said, “As I belong to a very poor family and I have no money spent money to spend on private vocational trainings but the governments run Skill Development Programme has given me chance to learn about automobile mechanism.

Now I will go to open my own motor repairing garage. I have come here to watch what is going on as I have also offer letter of Bajaj service Centre but I will not join it because I have all basic knowledge of motor repairing,” said Munda.

Paniit Alumni Reach for Jharkhand Foundation (PREJHA) Regional Manager Naga M Reddy said a numbers of visitors coming to know about the programme.

“The youth are showing deferent kinds of courage in the programme as such a big stage has given a very big opportunity for the youths of the State for better planning for their future” Reddy added.
